Grupa Azoty PROREM Sp. z o.o. (abridged name: Grupa Azoty PROREM) - operational company,[1][2] a member of Polskie Konsorcjum Chemiczne Capital Group sp. z o.o,[3] owned by Grupa Azoty S.A. (former Zakłady Azotowe in Tarnów-Mościce S.A.) seated in Tarnów. The company specialises in supervision, performance, start-ups and commissioning new and already used facilities. The key company activity is also day-to-day maintenance-repair service of production facilities in Grupa Azoty S.A.[1]

The company started its activity in December 1998 uner name “PrOReM” Przedsiębiorstwo Robót Remontowo-Montażowych Zakładów Azotowych in Tarnów-Mościce. In January 2001 the company was amalgamated with Zakład Remontów Specjalistycznych „REMZAT” sp. z o.o. In December 2001 the company’s name was changed into „PROReM" Sp. z o.o.[6]
The transfer of human and equipment resources by Zakłady Azotowe in Tarnów-Mościce S.A. in 2002, the company expanded its activity by liquidation and disassembly works for installations, in August 2004 it established new departments - Construction Office, Laboratory of Metallography and Unit of Vibroacoustics.
In October 2011 in the scope of the consolidation and reorganisation of dependent companies, Polskie Konsorcjum Chemiczne sp. z o.o. took hold of 100% of company shares.[7] In July 2012 PROeM Sp. z o.o was amalgamated with companies Rekom sp. z o.o. and ZAK Serwis sp. z o.o. from Kędzierzyn-Koźle.[8] In 2014 the company was distingushed in the „Złota Setka” ranking.[9]
Grupa Azoty PROREM employs nearly 600 employees.[10]
