GuestReady is a Vacation Rental management service that provides support to hosts in Europe and Asia. Services on offer include property listing creation on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com and HomeAway, as well as guest communications, cleaning, laundry, and the check-in and check-out of guests.

GuestReady was founded in August 2016 by Alexander Limpert (CEO), Christian Mischler and Patrick Degen (CFO) together with local co-founders Bertrand Desies, Lou Chan, Idzwan Tan, and Wen Dee Tan.[1] The company began in London and six other cities (Paris, Singapore, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur and Amsterdam) and has local teams in all countries apart from the Netherlands where the company is no longer active. In March 2018, it has announced its expansion to Dubai and Cannes, and in June 2018 it launched its services in Porto.
Prior to GuestReady, the founding team worked at Rocket Internet on companies such as FoodPanda, Zalora and Wimdu where they gained experience in taking small startups to a global level.[2]
In November 2016 the company was boosted by $750,000 seed funding thanks to the Swiss Founders Fund along with Senn and Partner. A contribution was also made by Airbnb executive Georg Bauser.[3] A year later the company received $3 million from Impulse VC – a Russian Fund backed by Roman Abramovich who is the owner of Chelsea FC. Other supporters included Xponova and Boost Heroes from Australia led by Fabio Cannavale who founded Lastminute. [4] At the same time the company announced that it had acquired one of its competitors – Easy Rental Services - which had been operating for three years in London and Paris. [5]
