Life / Tennis Career

Dmytro Gurichev, born September 15 in Simferopol, Ukraine. He began his tennis career in 1989 (at the age of five). He became a Master of Sports of Ukraine in 1997. In 1998, Dmytro Gurichev won singles and doubles at the Tennis Europe Chernitskaya Memorial. He won the Ukrainian Championships five times in various age categories (under-12, under-14, under-16, under-18, and men's). Dmytro has 3 ATP points in singles and 9 in doubles.

He started playing tennis at the age of five.

Coaching History

He began coaching with the Ukrainian Tennis Federation (UTF) in 2009. He was captain of the Ukrainian national junior team at the European Championships in 2009, 2011, and 2014. [1][2][3][4]

In 2010, Dmytro Gurichev earned the title of first-category Ukrainian tennis coach and received full ITF certification: Biomechanics, and Levels 1, 2, and 3. Since 2009, he has served as head coach at the Tennis Academy "Grafit" in Simferopol, Ukraine.
