Gusto 54 Restaurant Group is a global hospitality brand led by Janet Zuccarini..[1]. Currently the group encompasses eight concepts across North America including: Trattoria Nervosa, Gusto 101, Pai, Kiin, Chubby’s Jamaican Kitchen, Gusto 54 Catering, and Felix LA.
History[edit]
The first restaurant in the group, Trattoria Nervosa was purchased by Janet Zuccarini in 1996 and operated under the name Café Nervosa[2]
Global Expansion[edit]
In 2017, Gusto 54 Restaurant group expanded to Los Angeles, CA with Felix Trattoria. This restaurant earned the Eater LA title, “Best New Restaurant in Los Angeles”[3] and was a James Beard Foundation Award finalist[4].
Leadership[edit]
Gusto 54 Restaurant Group is led by CEO Janet Zuccarini, an award-winning restauranteur and resident judge on the television show Top Chef Canada[5]
