György Kálmán (March 6, 1925 - February 19, 1989) was a Hungarian actor. He died in Budapest, Hungary in 1989 at the age of 63.[1][2]

Biography[edit]
György Kálmán was born in Budapest, Hungary to a working class family. His father owned a knitting business, which György was expected to help with.[2] After graduating, he began his career at the National Theatre of Pécs. He was a member of the theatre from 1953 to 1980, after which he performed at the Radnóti Theatre.[3]
