Hahn & Co. is led by Scott Sang-Won Hahn and Yeo-Eul Yoon and was established by Mr. Hahn, Mr. Yoon, Pratish S. Patel and Keith Kyung-Koo Kim in May 2010. Hahn, Patel and Kim previously worked together at Morgan Stanley Private Equity Asia, and Mr. Yoon worked closely with the other principals of the Firm as a former director of several Morgan Stanley portfolio companies in Korea[6]. Since the formation of Hahn & Co., Mr. Hahn and Mr. Yoon have grown the Firm to be one of the leading private equity investment firms in North Asia.
