Haider Al-Rasheed Arabic; حيدر الرشيد (born 16 December 1992) is a Jordanian Jiu Jitsu athlete and former MMA fighter (4-1).[1][2] He won the gold medal in Ju-Jitsu at the 2018 Asian Games in the Ne-waza men's 85kg category and won the first ever Arab MMA lightweight championship title holder through Desert Force. [3]
