Pre - Series
Hailey Hart was a very powerful witch. When she uses up all her remaining magic to save four balloons, she loses her witchy powers in the process. She no longer can cast spells. She names the balloons Gwen, Kate, Rail and Faith. They come to life requesting to change their names. Her illness worsens, and she has to live in a plastic bubble. She finally gets her estrogen and saves her dad's life by turning him into a girl. He dresses up like a man, and goes with his daughter to get a manicure. Which she happily agrees to.
Season 1
Womanly Things to Do
Hailey Hart, who is no longer a powerful witch, couldn't save Faith from the bad guys as Gwen could turn her back into a balloon and pop her for daring to oppose her. She goes to get a manicure, choosing the color pink alongside Faith.

Girls in the Future
The Girls are searching for Hailey Hart. They find the abandoned house where Hailey Hart is located. She's been living inside a plastic bubble for 23 more years. A bad guy comes in to pop the bubble girl's bubble. Riley Lay steps in and gets shot at.
The Goth Killer Returns
She shows up to Gwen's wedding, wanting to see them soon.
Personality
She is really happy when she's a super powerful witch. She loses this when she brings the four people to life. They had died being turned into rubbery balloons, but didn't feel a thing. She becomes excited until she finds out that her not having magic caused her to almost die. She feels depressed and decides to live inside a bubble for the rest of her life. She becomes immortal, giving her hope that her regaining her magic is possible.
