Haitham Safi (هيثم صافي; born January 30, 1979) is a Jordanian entrepreneur, business consultant, SEO specialist, and digital marketing expert. He is best known as the founder and CEO of ArabDijital, a consultancy focused on search engine optimization and digital marketing for Arabic-speaking markets. With over a decade of experience, Safi has played a significant role in transforming the digital landscape across the GCC region.[1]
Early life and education
Haitham Safi was born on January 30, 1979, in Amman, Jordan. He earned a degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan in 2000.[2]
He continued his education in Switzerland at César Ritz Colleges, where he graduated in 2003 with a degree in Business Administration and Hotel Management. During this period, he also completed internships in both Ireland and Switzerland, gaining international business experience and a global perspective.[3]
Career
In 2008, Safi moved to Dubai, United Arab Emirates, where he worked as a Business Development Manager at Ishraq Holding, a subsidiary of Dubai Holding. He played a vital role in expanding Holiday Inn Express hotels across the Gulf region, gaining expertise in strategic development and hospitality management.[4]
Following the COVID-19 pandemic, in 2021, Safi shifted his focus to SEO and digital marketing, offering consultancy services to help businesses adapt to the rapidly evolving online landscape. He also built a network of niche websites in fields such as news, finance, and tourism.[5]
ArabDijital
On September 20, 2024, Haitham Safi founded ArabDijital, a digital marketing consultancy headquartered in Amman, Jordan, with regional offices in Jeddah, Dubai, and Cairo.[6] The company specializes in SEO, content creation, website optimization, and online reputation management. Its focus on Arabic-speaking audiences and culturally relevant strategies has positioned it as a key player in the region.[7][8]
