Hakan B. Gülsün

Hakan Gülsün (1960–2009) was a Turkish art historian and curator at the Dolmabahçe Palace in Istanbul. He received his Ph.D. in Art History from Istanbul Technical University.

Biography[edit]

Gülsün was born in Istanbul, Turkey. He graduated from Istanbul University and completed his postgraduate studies under Professor Nurhan Atasoy. His Ph.D. thesis at Istanbul Technical University was titled "Status Of Dolmabahçe and Çerağan Palaces In the 19th Century" (May 1999).

Works[edit]

Gülsün taught "Art in Europe" at Bahçeşehir University and Yıldız Technical University while serving as a curator at Dolmabahçe Palace.
