Hamed Behrouzi is a Lead & Senior Technical Animator, AI motion-systems architect, independent AI ethics researcher, and registered fine artist based in Seoul, South Korea. Early life and education
Hamed Behrouzi was born in Iran on 6 November 1982. He studied Graphic Arts in high school and later completed the full Animation Mentor program in Character Animation. He subsequently moved to Seoul, South Korea, where he continued his professional work in animation, VFX, technical development, and AI-assisted motion systems.
Career
Behrouzi has more than 17 years of professional experience across global studios and streaming platforms, including Netflix, Apple TV+, Disney+, Amazon Prime, and several Asian film and VFX companies. He joined Scanline VFX / Netflix-powered Eyeline Studios as a Senior & Technical Animator, contributing to creature, character, and action-driven sequences.
