Hannaford Bennett

Hannaford Bennett (né Joseph Hannaford Bennett; 1871-1946)[1] was an English translator, author, and publisher, chiefly remembered for being the first translator of many novels by the French mystery writer Gaston Leroux.[2] His wife was Ruth Penelope Fanny Bennett[3] and he died in Bridge, Kent in 1946.[4]
