Early Life
Hannah Adesuwa Oluwatosin Osayande Bere (born 27 October 1990) is a Nigerian-born entrepreneur, author, and sustainability advocate. She is the cofounder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Baritex International Service Limited (Baritex I.S.L.), an organization involved in educational technology, entrepreneurship, and social impact initiatives. Bere is also the founder of two startups, TenderDexta and InTenderness, and the author of Mind of a Mother.

Education
Hannah Bere was born on 27 October 1990 in Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria. At the age of twelve, she survived a house fire that claimed the lives of her mother and younger brother, an event that she has described as a formative influence in her life.
She studied English Education at Benson Idahosa University between 2010 and 2014, graduating with a bachelor’s degree. She later pursued postgraduate studies in the United Kingdom, where she earned a Master’s degree in Management and International Business from Nottingham Trent University. Bere also holds the designation of Level 7 Chartered Manager, a professional certification reflecting advanced leadership and management competence.
During her studies and early career in the UK, she worked as an Energy Executive with E.on Next UK and served as a Sustainability Executive with the Pythian Club Nottingham, where she participated in grassroots environmental initiatives.

Career
Bere is the cofounder and Chief Executive Officer of Baritex International Service Limited (Baritex I.S.L.), a company with interests in education, technology, and entrepreneurship. Through Baritex, she has developed platforms aimed at capacity building and community development.
Two notable projects under the Baritex banner are:
- TenderDexta, an educational technology initiative that provides professional training, executive coaching, and access to a Learning Management System (LMS) used by trainers worldwide.
- InTenderness, a social technology platform designed to strengthen communities and foster relationships through digital engagement.
In addition to her entrepreneurial work, Bere has authored Mind of a Mother, a book exploring themes of motherhood.
