Career
Sorensen started his career at Havnar Bóltfelag, before moving to Danish Superliga club FC Midtjylland in 2017. He never made a first team appearance for the club before joining 2. Division club Middelfart Boldklub in December 2020.[2] He made one appearance for the team, scoring a goal, before rejoining HB on loan in March 2022[3]; the loan was made permanent in the summer window.
International career
Sorensen made appearances across all youth levels for the Faroe Islands before making his debut for the Faroe Islands national football team on November 16, 2022, starting as the Faroe Islands lost 5-0 to the Czech Republic.[4]
