{{AFC comment|1=This is written like a press release, not an encyclopedia article. If he is seen as a researcher, tje relevant standard for researchers is [[WP:PROF[[, based upon the extent to which he is an authority in his subject, which is normally shown either by major published work or by major national level awards. If he is instead notable as an advocate of a general theory, you need substantial 3rd partyindependent published reliable sources, not notices or press releases.

In either case, , you need to start with a basic biography: birth, schooling, positions, with dates and references. DGG ( talk ) 18:50, 11 November 2018 (UTC)}}

Hardy F. Schloer (born in 1956) is a German-born data scientist, futurist and geopolitical analyst[1][2], co-author of the Quantum Relations Principle,[3] inventor[4] of the Quantum Relations Theory[5], founder of Schloer Consulting Group and co-founder of Raven Pack[4], COO of Prisma Analytics and former Research Associate and Senior Advisor to the Institute for European Studies at the University of Georgia[6]. His work focuses primarily on geopolitical and macroeconomic analysis[7], predictive asymmetric risk and threat detection, global policy and action strategies.

World View[edit]

Hardy F. Schloer is a regular guest on The Future Now Show and an advisor for the Club of Amsterdam think tank where he speaks on the future of currencies[8] and geopolitics[9]. His philosophy is that reality is not unitary, but consists of ever shifting configurations of events and phenomena within shifting unique frames of reference amongst many observers.[5]

Schloer draws from quantum physics and relativity theory but argues that they leave out an important component at the foundation of scientific observation, the human mind. A number of physicists[5] have suggested that consciousness is a quantum process, but the Quantum Relations Principle sought to fill this gap definitively. [5]

Quantum Relations Principle[edit]

Hardy Schloer's Quantum Relations Principle is an Artificial Intelligence theory arguing that quantum physics insights should apply to the human world as well. It incorporates the insights of general systems theory as well as those of Whitehead's philosophy of process.[5] It claims that elements do not exist independently in the universe and that reality emerges primarily as dynamic networks of relations among objects and entities which are in a state of continuous flux.[5]

Schloer implemented this theory as a framework for building dynamic reality models that can measure the interactions of mutual causality among various observers and can make assumptions about how they may behave and affect each other in the future. [7] The QRP has multiple other applications, most notably in conflict and opportunity detection.

Raven Pack[edit]

Raven Pack was founded in 1999[10] by Hardy Schloer and Heiner Pollert with the goal of implementing Quantum Relations Technology for solving world problems. The company generated real-time predictive data streams and inserted them into the algorithmic trading systems of hedge funds and banks.

In 2007 US-based company Dow Jones partnered with Raven Pack and integrated their product Dow Jones News Analytics app to transform real-time news into actionable data.[11]

Prisma Analytics[edit]

Hardy Schloer is currently COO of Prisma Analytics, a company whose declared mission is to " leverage artificial intelligence and big data to provide the standard for unbiased, reality-driven decision-making."[12]

Awards[edit]

In 2001 Schloer received the award of “One of 25 Best Technologies of the Future” from NetInvestor in Germany for the invention of his Quantum Relation-based technology platform, 'RavenSpace'.[13]
