Early life
Samuel Olaoluwa Ajewole (born 14 December), known professionally as Harjex The DJ[1] is a Nigerian Multi-Genre disc jockey and Playlist Curator. He is originally from Ikere in Ekiti state. He was brought up in Lagos State where he completed his elementary and secondary school. He grew up in a family of 3, being the only son. He gained prominence after releasing the mixtape titled "Spiritual Gratitude"[2] which was a combination of top songs in the country at the time.
Career
Harjex The DJ started his career as a Playlist Curator but later took an interest in being a Disc Jockey. He started his journey as a DJ in 2018 and came into the limelight after his "Spiritual Gratitude" mixtape broke into the mixtape industry in Nigeria, gaining thousands of streams. He has so far released over 20 online released mixtapes and released multiple music Blends Freestyles on his Social Account. He is currently in the United State pushing Afrobeat and Amapiano sound to the world[3]
