Hassan Allahyari
Hassan Allahyari is a Twelver Shia Researcher, Orator and Debater.
He was born in Kabul, Afghanistan but after the Soviet-led invasion of Afghanistan, his family moved to the US and then to Iran.
He founded a TV channel by the name of Ahlebait TV which initially operated in Iran on which he used to give sermons and do debates.[citation needed] The channel was later banned in Iran after action by the Iranian Clerical Court against him and his channel in December 2010. After this, he fled from Iran and took refuge in the UK and then later moved to San Diego, US.
Nowadays, he does debates and gives lectures on his YouTube Channels [1] [2] [3] Facebook Page.
Statements Against Iranian Revolution
In some of his videos, he called the revolution of Iran against the Order of Infallible Imams.[4] He also considers Taqlid, where one has to follow the order of Marja, an innovation or Bidat.[5]
