Hatam Gulu oghly Jabbarly (Azerbaijani: Hatəm Qulu oğlu Cabbarlı, December 27, 1969) is an Azerbaijani scientist, Doctor of Political Sciences.
Biography[edit]
Hatam Jabbarly was born on December 27, 1969 in Chobankara. He served in the Soviet Army in 1988–1990. In 1991–1993 he voluntarily participated in the First Nagorno-Karabakh War.[1] In 1997 he graduated from Baku State University, and continued his education in master's degree at Ankara University. In 2008, he received a degree of Doctor of Political Sciences from Gazi University in Turkey.[2]
In 2001–2005, he worked as an expert on the South Caucasus (Armenia) at the Center for Eurasian Strategic Studies in Ankara. His many articles and analyzes have been published in Azerbaijani, Turkish and regional press.
In 2015, by the order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Hatam Jabbarly was awarded the qualification degree of III degree State Counselor.[3]
