Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile

The Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile (HPLP) is a validated questionnaire developed by Susan Walker.[1] This scale/instrument is used to quantify health promoting behaviors of individuals.[2] The questionnaire has 52 questions, which are further divided into 6 sub-scales which includes health responsibility, physical activity, nutrition, stress management, interpersonal relations and spiritual growth.[3][4]
