Heather Dorak (born July 3, 1983) is an American fitness entrepreneur and celebrity trainer.[1] She is best known for her megaformer Pilates Platinum studios around Los Angeles, California[2] and San Antonio, Texas[3] which utilize the Lagree fitness method.[4] Dorak trains celebrity clients, including Alessandra Ambrosio, Kate Hudson, and Meghan Markle, who called Pilates Platinum classes "hands down the best thing you can do for your body" in an interview for Harper's Bazaar.[5]
Early Life and Career
Dorak, a former dancer,[6] opened her pilates studios in Los Angeles in 2006 after experiencing a dance-related injury.[1] Pilates helped Dorak heal from these physical injuries but also helped her overcome an eating disorder.[7] In 2018, she opened two additional studios in San Antonio. In addition to managing her studios, Dorak is a brand ambassador for athleisure wear platform Carbon38, nutrition company Lyfe Fuel[8] and films fitness videos for PopSugar.[9] She is also a contributing author for publications such as Women's Health, Self,[4] Fitness Galore[10] and Mind Body Green.[11]

Personal Life
Dorak is friends with client Meghan Markle and attended her wedding to Prince Harry in 2018.[19][20] Dorak is mother to two boys and frequently writes about maintaining physical health during and after pregnancy.[21][22][23]
