Heavenkid[1] Heavenkid is a 3-D animated TV series originated in Taiwan. It has 26 episodes adapted from "Di Zi Gui," an ancient Chinese educational system based on Confucian teachings. It took six years to complete the production and was premiered in July 2015 by New Tang Dynasty TV Asia Pacific. It has won 56 awards worldwide, and has been an official selection in film festivals in 40 countries. Among them is the Gold Remi Award in the TV & Cable Production – Children’s Audience Category of the 47th Worldfest-Houston, including Taiwan, Korea, Germany, Greece, Georgia, Italy, Israel, Belgium, Belarus, Finland, Denmark, Slovakia, India, the United States, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, Venezuela, Lithuania, Ukraine, New Zealand, Cyprus, Russia, Switzerland, Philippines, Argentina, Brazil, Adygea, Sweden, Egypt, Ireland, Mexico, Hong Kong, Nigeria, Bangladesh, Poland and France, the School-age Children's Program Mark issued by National Communications Commission (NCC), Taiwan and the High-Quality Program for Children recommended by Taiwan Media Watch.

Features[edit]

Di Zi Gui outlines the standards for being a good student and child. Confucius believed that moral principles, virtues, and discipline should be the very first lessons taught to a child, and that a child needs to practice them daily. Heavenkid applied the theatrical 3D approach to the production of this educational television program, replacing dogmatic preaching approaches. This 3D animation with lively entertainment serves as a tool of moral educational in a subtle manner.

General Synopsis[edit]
