Heidi Regan is an Australian scriptwriter and stand-up comedian.[1]
In August 2017 Heidi won the BBC New Comedy Award,[2] after coming top in her heat and at the quarter- and semi-finals.[3]
She also won the 2016 So You Think You're Funny? competition at the Gilded Balloon in Edinburgh, which aims to find the UK's funniest new act.[4]
In 2010, Heidi won the Monte Miller Long Form award at the 43rd Annual Australian Writers' Guild AWGIE Awards for her script Death by Shark.[5] The script also received an Honourable Mention in the 2011 Sky Funny Women Comedy Writing Awards.[6]
She also co-wrote and created a six-episode webseries, London Wow! [7], offering helpful advice to those visiting the capital.
Heidi lives in London.
