Hen House Studios, a recording studio, an independent record label and documentary film/video production company located in Venice Beach, California, was founded in 2001 by music producer Harlan Steinberger and long-time friend and video producer/editor Tucker Stilley, and designed to produce an outlet for music, spoken word, and other forms of creative genre.[1]
History[edit]
The original studio was converted from an old hen house (hence its name), and first opened in 2001. During the first five years of the studio's existence, Hen House recorded and Harlan produced 189 bands. The studio has since relocated to the heart of Venice, CA, a larger spacious studio designed by Vincent Van Hoff. Today, Hen House Studios continues developing musicians, making music and videos and its ever-evolving music label.
