Heng Lu

Heng Lu is the Founder & CEO at LARUS Limited. He attended the University of GRONINGEN for a bachelor's degree in International Economics and Business from 2008 - 2012. After his studies, he worked in the Netherlands. Afterwards he moved to Hong Kong to start his new venture, LARUS Limited.

During his studies in the Netherlands, Heng Lu learned about the Internet in depth and has established an extensive network in the industry. He foresaw that the Internet would be the future of our world, while cloud service and IP (Internet Protocol) would be the core which supported this world. With this belief, in 2016, he founded LARUS Limited, which became the market leader of IP (Internet Protocol) solutions provider in the world. LARUS now has offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Wuhan. Heng Lu believes that education is critical in promoting a better Internet. In 2019, he established the LARUS Foundation, a Non-Profit Organisation that promotes education on the Internet. The Foundation has sponsored more than a thousand students from Africa to participate in major Internet events and conferences about Internet Governance.
