Henry Augusta Forrer
Henry Auguster Forrer (1886—1969) was a British Colonial Magistrate. Forrer was a former Swiss national who joined the Malayan Civil Service after the British troops withdrew back to Britain following WWII. Forrer was the Most important magistrate in the Crown Colony of Singapore and remained as a Magistrate even after Singapore's Independence. He was the Magistrate that David Marshall met as a barrister in Singapore.
