The Hero Glamour is a motorcycle developed by Hero Honda and introduced in 2005. The engine of this bike was very refined in comparison to other Hero Honda bikes such as the Splendor or the CD100. The design of the bike was done keeping in mind Indian road conditions. Many new features were incorporated, including PGM-Fi. It was the first bike in India with fuel injection. The first version of the bike featured spoke wheels and kick start with an optional self-starter.

Hero Honda released this motorcycle to compete with the Bajaj Wind 125 and the Yamaha Fazer 125. Glamour received a facelift in the end of 2006, which included changes such as alloy wheels, powder coated engine with a polished head, electric starter, new graphics, and a trip meter. Few performance changes included minor changes in the cylinder head, overhead valve, ignition remap and a rear sprocket increase of one tooth, which resulted in increased acceleration at the expense of reduced top speed. The air filter was changed from a dry paper to oil-coated to better suit dusty conditions and a new airflow screw in the carburetor.

Several models of the Hero Glamour came. The first generation (the "OG" Glamour), the second generation wasn't that popular because it had some engine and gearbox issues and people had many complaints with it. The third generation came in 2020 with BS6. Hero launched the XTEC variant of the Glamour in 2021, which became very popular. Hero relaunched the "OG" look of Glamour with minor cosmetic changes and BS6 Phase-2 in 2023 due to people's demand.
