Text Messaging for Businesses[edit]
HeyWire launched text messaging for businesses in the spring of 2013.[2] HeyWire offers a stand-alone business text messaging app for iOS and Android, in addition to integrating with Salesforce Service and Sales Clouds, Avaya, and Interactive Intelligence contact center software. HeyWire LiveText Business Messenger works as a co-app to the Salesforce1 mobile app.

In 2015, HeyWire was named a "Hot Vendor" in mobile collaboration by Aragon Research for its approach to using mobile messaging, integrated with CRM systems, to speed sales and increase customer satisfaction. [3]
