High Tide

History
A "High Tide" is a simple alcoholic drink originating from Southern California. It was developed by beer drinkers who wanted a lower carb option with a similar ABV% to beer, but not the sweetness of a commercial seltzer. Unlike most cocktails, a High Tide is served specifically in a beer glass (Pint, Tumbler, Mug) and not in a "tall" cocktail glass.
