Himachali cinema refers to regional cinema of Himachal Pradesh state in India.
Film City
After visiting the Ramoji Film City, Himachal Pradesh's Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh, has asked reputed entrepreneurs to set up a Film City in the State as it was bestowed with natural grandeur.[1] The State had been bestowed with natural grandeur and a number of locations were very conducive for setting up of the Film City, he told a delegation of Ramoji Rao Film City who called on him here. Not only Himachal's Chief Minister, Bollywood Actor Sunny Deol [2] and Anupam Kher has said that they want to set up a Film city in Himachal and they are trying to find land for this purpose.[3] It can be Manali, Palampur, Shimla, Kangra.
