Himanee Bhatia is an Indian actress, author, and host who works in Hindi film industry.[1][2][3] Bhatia is mainly known for her roles in Decoupled, Eternally confused and eager for love, and Blink. Himanee is also an author of two books, namely, Ten Fireflies and Radiance.[4][5]

Early life

Bhatia was born on 26 July 1995 in Delhi, India.[citation needed]

Career

Bhatia started her career with a short film, Act Normal on Jio Cinema and YouTube as an actress and author.[6] Bhatia then appeared in the television sitcom, Jiggy Who!. She was cast as the central character, Anamika, in the popular web series, Neighbour's Kitchen for Hindustan Times.[7] She then bagged her first Netflix show, Decoupled, and acted as Sheetal.[8] She also worked on Zoya Akhtar's Eternally confused and eager for love for Netflix.[9] Himanee went on to do various short films such as Khat on MX Player, Roommates on MX Player, My Brown eyed boy on MX Player.[10][11] She also acted as 'Rama' in the Filter copy film 'Others BFF vs My BFF'.[12] Bhatia also played as Gazal in the film Blink. Bhatia has been on the cover of Perfect Woman Magazine.[13]
