Hirtenmaccharoni

Hirtenmakkaroni; German for "shepherd's macaroni", "Pasta alla Pastora" in Italian, is a dish from South Tyrol, consisting of Penne, ground beef, peas, mushrooms, tomatoes and bacon, topped with grated Parmesan cheese, typically served in mountain huts.[1]
