Hisanori Takata (高田 久徳, Takata Hisanori) is a Japanese entrepreneur and global investor in Japan. He is Co-Founder and Representative Director of Tokyo University of Science Innovation Capital, a private equity firm.[1][2].

Career and Education[edit]

After graduating from university, he worked for Dai-ichi Mutual Life Insurance Company (currently Dai-ichi Life Insurance Company), Mountain Capital Advisors (currently The Carlyle Group), and The Norinchukin Bank, where he was in charge of M&A finance, venture investments, and private equity and credit investments in New York and Tokyo.

In 2015, he joined TUS Business Holdings (currently Tokyo University of Science Investment Management)as a founding member to support start-up companies and became a director. Since 2016, he served as a committee member for the scholarship fund and special advisor for the CFO of Tokyo University of Science . In 2018, he established Tokyo University of Science Innovation Capital.

Hisanori Takata holds a B.A.in Economics from Keio University , a Master of Management of Technology from Tokyo University of Science with an Outstanding Student Award, and completed the Executive Education Leadership Program at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford [3][4][5]
