Stadium[edit]
Originally, Holme FC played at Holmewood, a 636 capacity stadium. However, with the rapid growth of the football club, Holme soon needed a new venue to play home matches due to league regulations. After 2 seasons of ground sharing, Holme opened their new 4000 capacity venue, originally named "The Holme of Football" as voted for by fans of the club. However, after Nuneaton Borough FC Legend and former club owner Sir Enoch Nuhu sold the club, the stadium name was changed in his honour. The Venue now goes by the name of the "Sir Enoch Nuhu Stadium".
Future[edit]
Many questions have been asked on the stadium's future as the club look ahead to a possible future in the Premier League. A future permanent groundshare has been mentioned, possibly at the King Power Stadium or Stadium MK.
Kits and Badge[edit]
When founded, 3 kits were chosen based on many submissions.[4] Kits were available to buy online until March 2019. They are now unavailable to purchase. 10% of the money raised by each sale of a kit was donated to the National Autistic Society.[5]
A similar process was made when selecting the final badge design.[6] The badge references the Holme Fen, the lowest point in Great Britain, as well as the famous "Floating Church" that was a feature of the village for almost a century.
Controversy[edit]
Much Controversy has been drawn to attention over the true colour of the Holme FC home kit. Many state the kit is dark grey in colour, however, the kit is officially a shade of green, when mentioned, notoriously colour blind manager Kevin Chapman has strongly denied the talks and rumours of the Holme kit's colour.
