Homestar runner is a character from his own series of the same name. He is well known for being bullied by Strong Bad, who considers him dumb. Upon seeing "Lil' Brudder", Strong Bad's drawing, he, as Strong Bad describes, "just falls apart when he sees it". He is usually simply referred to as "Homestar", and wears a beanie on his head. His lower lip is drawn outward from his upper lip, and he is part of a team coached by Coach Zed. He was intended to be the star of his streaming service, a role that was replaced by Strong Bad, who was originally the "bad guy" of the series. He is notable for being made fun of by Strong Bad, and is now a bit of the shows comic relief. He at one point, during an episode of Strong Bad email, tried deleting one of the 50 emails Strong Bad was answering, but instead wrote things such as "depleted", "baleted", and "Thecheated". He then wondered "how does he do this". He then noticed a system error message and covered it with an "everything is fine, nothing is ruined" message.[1] He also once imitated The Cheat, during the Strong Bad Email episode "Do-Over".[2] He is the first thing that someone would see, upon typing Homestarrunner.com, where he is drawn in a bad cartoonish style. [3]

Personality[edit]

Homestar has a lisp when he talks, and lacks much sense. He once invaded "Strongbadia", but simply left after Strong Bad told him he was playing Badminton. [4] He also tends to annoy Strong Bad, and Strong Bad tends to "pull things" on him. However, in the Strong Bad Email, he sometimes acts annoyed as a result of what Strong Bad does to him.
