Hot Properties: San Diego
Hot Properties: San Diego is an HGTV television show based in San Diego, CA. It premiered on November 3rd, 2019. The reality TV show features three co-stars Mia Tidwell, Seth O'Byrne, and Andrew White.[1] Hot Properties: San Diego pilot episode was titled Runway Payday and aired in October, 2018.[2] Season one aired a total of 9 episodes.[3]
Premise[edit]
San Diego Realtors, Mia Tidwell and Seth O'Byrne, help homeowners list and sell their home after contractor, Andrew White, renovates and redesigns.[4] The show features remodels and unconventional open houses.[5] The series follows the cast who are well known for their cinematic marketing campaigns and design. [6]
The series is produced by Painless Productions, with Jim Casey, David DeAngelis and Ross Kaiman serving as executive producers.[7]
Hosts[edit]
- Mia Tidwell is a realtor on the O'Byrne Team. Prior to real estate Mia worked on Bravo's Millionaire Matchmaker.[8]
- Seth O'Byrne started in real estate in 2002 when he was a junior at USD.[9] Seth is the President and team lead for the O'Byrne Team.[10]
- Andrew White is a contractor and leads the remodeling firm Method Development.[11]
