Gabriel Iglesias
Gabriel Iglesias was born July 15, 1976, in San Diego and raised in the Los Angeles area in California. He is best known for the comedy competition Last Comic Standing. Gabriel Iglesias launched a comedy tour called, "The Fluffy Shop Tour",[1] primarily using material based on his own culture (Hispanic) and his weight. Iglesias often references his own size, being over 250 pounds at only 5'11", and uses this as the basis for many of his "Levels of Fatness" jokes. These are interspersed with stories of his everyday life, funny voices, and character impressions.
In 2009, Iglesias released a new special called "I'm Not Fat...I'm Fluffy".[2]
