Hotel Mehran is considered a three-star hotel located on a main road, Shara-e-Faisal, Karachi, Pakistan.[1] It is located twenty minutes' drive from the airport and is very close to Karachi's central business and industrial districts.[2]
Besides accommodation, the hotel offers various other services including meeting/banquet services, a business centre, foreign exchange counter, travel agents, airline offices, a 24-hour restaurant/coffee shop, bank branches, ATMs, a mosque, hair salon, etc. It is also located just a few metres from the emergency department of Jinnah Hospital, Karachi and National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases. Also, several 24-hour pharmacies and streetside cafés are within a five-minute walk. Pakistan International Airlines, the national flag carrier, also has its auto-ticketing kiosk in the lobby of the hotel.[3]
Some news conferences and other public information events are also held at Hotel Mehran facilities occasionally by the Government of Sindh.[4]
