Hotel Perkasa, located in Sabah, Malaysia is a group of hotels which operates three hotels owned by Perkasa Hotel Holdings Sdn. Bhd., which it's main parent company is Sabah Economic Development Corporation (SEDCO)[1], they currently now own three branches of hotels in Sabah, which are located at Kundasang, Keningau, and also Tenom. It's also one of the few government-owned hotels in Sabah. it's official website is located here [1]

Hotel Perkasa Kundasang also known as Hotel Perkasa Mount Kinabalu built somewhere in the 80s is located in Kundasang and positioned approximately 90km away from Mount Kinabalu. It offers a great scenery of the mountain or the town depending on the room you're staying, it is classified as a 3-star hotel and offers up to 98 hotel rooms with a TV, hair dryer and sometimes coffee makers. For Dining, the hotel has its own restaurant called Tinompok Cafe. the Hotel building also has some halls with an auditorium-style sitting and sometimes hosts wedding services.

It is also classified as a 3-star hotel and has approximately 63 rooms and offers almost the same services as other of it's sister hotels. It has a Chinese restaurant at the lobby called Full Moon Chinese Restaurant. It also sometimes hosts events at the Lobby or the rooms that are available for rent.

Hotel Perkasa Tenom also built in the 80s is located at the slope of the hills of tenom. It's also a 3 star hotel, The culture, architecture, food on this hotel focuses more on the Murut community and some rooms also provide a beautiful view of the town of Tenom.
