How I get pimples on my face? Its correct if we say that pimples are the women’s worst nightmare. Pimples are the most embarrassing thing to be faced by many people. Almost everyone is quite concerned about their face and beauty. Face does represent an individual’s personality. Therefore, it is important take care of our facial beauty. There are many reasons that affect pimples to popup on our face. Out of them the main reason is due to bad personal hygiene. If someone is practicing bad health habits it may result in popping up pimples on our face.

How does a pimple occur? At the base of the pores it will open to a follicle which is made up of sebaceous oil and hair. Having blockages in the pores may cause pimples to occur. This may result in blocking the oil glands and sebaceous glands. With times the pimples will aggravate and that will result in infection which will finally cause to swell and filled with pus. This condition is also known as acne.

Places where pimples might occur Even though we say that our face is the only place that we get pimples but there are many other places that pimples may occur. Apart from the face, pimples on the chest, pimples on scalp, pimples on buttocks, pimples on the bikini lines and even vaginal pimples may occur. Pustules - When the pimples aggravate they will be full of pus and those pimples are known as pustules. Nodules - These occur mainly due to popping pimples. Once the pimple is pressured from the hand this may cause to push debris deep in to the follicle and result on causing nodules. Cysts - This is also quite similar to nodules. This type of pimples are also full of pus and will result in cause scares.

Is popping pimples good? The answer is NO!! popping pimples will damage our skin. Once the pimple starts swelling and its about to ooze out, bacteria, dead cells and pus we do love to pop the pimple thinking that faster it goes away it will heal sooner. Even though that is easy to say there are many adverse effects that may result in popping pimples. Once we apply pressure on the swelled pimples then all the dead cells, bacteria and pus will force deep in to the follicle of the pore which may result in rupturing all the harmful matter in to the inner most layer of the skin which is known as the dermis. Even though the pus comes out this may result in pimples to come back again. This time in a much aggravated condition. This may cause in having a second pimple or having a swelled pore with reddish colour and leave a scab on your face. Therefore, it is advised to stop popping pimples and let it heal itself the natural way it does.

How to get rid of pimples? There are many ways that we can follow in order to get rid of pimples. Other than using commercially available products it’s better to always use natural remedy to get rid of pimples. By following healthy food habits, it will help to reduce the growth of pimples. Dermatologists advice to wash our face at least twice daily. This will help to get rid of the oil particles, bacteria and dead skin to remove from the epidermis of our face. Furthermore, its advised to use face scrub which will help to exfoliate the dead cell particle on the skin. It contains agents such as minute particles, micro beads and chemicals to get rid of the dead cells on the face.
