Howard D. Morgan is an American business executive who is the current managing director of Argand Partners, a private-equity firm which he co-founded in 2015.
Previously, he was the president of Castle Harlan from 2010 to 2015.[1]
Early life and education[edit]
Morgan completed his Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics and government from Hamilton College in 1984 and his MBA from Harvard Business School in 1988.[2][3]
Career[edit]
Morgan began his career with Allen & Company, Inc. when joined as an associate.[2]
In 1996, he joined Castle Harlan. He became the president of Castle Harlan in 2010 and served until 2015.[2]
Between 2000 and 2002, he served as an executive director of CHAMP.[4]
In 2015, he co-founded Argand Partners along with Heather Faust and Tariq Osman.[5]
In 2018, he was elected as the chairman of the Parkinson's Foundation.[3][6]
Previously, Morgan was a partner at The Ropart Group, a private equity investment firm.[2]
