Howard Paul Kilbourn (July 23, 1982) was a United States Navy SEAL sniper. He served six tours in the War of Afghanistan, operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Freedom's Sentinel and Iraq War The Second Battle of Fallujah—code-named Operation Al-Fajr in the battle of Ramadi and was awarded several commendations for acts of heroism and meritorious service in combat. He was awarded one Silver Star Medal, two Bronze Star Medals with "V" devices, a Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal and numerous other unit and personal awards.
