Hsi-chi Wu

Hsi-chi Wu (吳熙吉, born February 27, 1965) is a Taiwanese contemporary visual artist. He has produced abstract as well as surrealistic paintings. His work is based in conceptual art and shows some attributes of surrealism, Chinese traditional art, pop art, and abstract expressionism.

Wu has developed and expanded his interest in oil pastel in 2012, with works connecting to his painting memories in the childhood and dealing with society and humanity, as well as nature and technology.

Wu currently lives and works in Toucheng Town, Yilan County.
