Hsiao Cheng

Hsiao Cheng (Chinese: 蕭錚; 1904–2002) was a Chinese politician, land reform researcher, and a prominent member of the CC Clique within the Kuomintang (KMT). He played a significant role in shaping Taiwan’s post-war land policies and economic planning.
