Hskgmns
Karina Stene (born 6th of July 1990) was a FIS Alpine skier from 2005 to 2007, skiing for HSG.
Career
Born in Arendal, Aust-Agder, Stene was one of the technically best skiers in Norway during 2007. During the Downhill Norwegian Championship, Hafjell, in 2006 she finished at 8th place. This was seen as a big accomplishment as she is weighs in far lighter (123 lbs) than her competitors.
OtherLong side Stene at Hovden Skigymnas (HSG) , in the same classroom; world cup winner, Maiken Caspersen Falla. Graduating from the same school through the years have been the late Vibeke Skofterud, Hedda Berntsen, Andrine Flemming and Kai Robin Havnaa.
