Hubert Godart (1913–1983) was a Belgian road cyclist.

Godart was born on August 30, 1913, in Viane, Belgium.[1]

In 1938, he achieved victory in the Gent–Wevelgem one-day race, finishing ahead of Edmond Delathouwer.[2]

Godart died on November 2, 1983.[1]
