ICICB Group[1] is a global investment holding company currently based in the United Arab Emirates and Gibraltar. The group[2][3] develops and manages diversified companies such as financial services, healthcare, medical equipment trading, luxury trading, commercial real estate, mining, industrial enterprises, energy resources, retail trade, agriculture, education, tourism, motor vehicle trading, payment service provider, software technology[4], hospitality, information services, commercial brokers, gaming and cryptocurrency and many other industries. Industries like gold and diamond trading, mining, medical equipment trading, and real estate are among the Group's primary investment activities.

The ICICB Group[5] [6]operates worldwide with more than 114 corporate offices in 26 countries. In the last two years, the company has recorded a consistent growth rate of 40%.

Founding stage[edit]

The ICICB Group[7][8] was founded on March 30, 2019, United Arab Emirates, to encompass the growing activities of ICICB[9] Co. originally founded in 1990.

The company[10][11] [12]holds multiple licenses in FinTech, Blockchain, digital banking, Crypto Exchanges[13], financial houses, and hedge funds and has a presence in the majority of prime markets around the world. Through its subsidiaries, the group specializes in projects targeting the transformation of the digital world.[14][15][16][17]

ICICB[edit]

ICICB[18][19] is a finance and banking company, founded in 2019 by ICICB Group[20] and Atari[21][22] partnership[23], with headquarters in Berlin, Germany. The company provides services to both individuals and corporations. The company[24][25][26] helps to maximize the value for shareholders irrespective of the industry.

ICICBANCORP[edit]

ICICBANCORP[27][28][29] is an investment and banking company, founded in 2020 in Gibraltar. The company provides a cross-platform payment solution that is decentralized and based on blockchain technology.

ICICB MEDICAL[edit]

ICICB MEDICAL[30] is a major subsidiary of ICICB GROUP[31]. It is a medical equipment trading company founded in 2021 by ICICB Group. The company is headquartered in Gibraltar. The company’s main activities are trading medicines, sanitary materials and medical equipment, repair and maintenance of medical equipment, execution of works and equipping health institutions of all its kinds.

IVEX HOLDING[edit]

IVEX HOLDING is one of the main investment companies of the ICICB Group[32][33][34]. It was established in 2019 and currently based in Dubai, UAE. The company offers financial services to local economic development by financing infrastructure initiatives like the acquisition of hospitals, power generation units, ports, agricultural land and SMEs.

ATARI CHAIN[edit]

Atari Token was launched by Atari Chain[35] in equal partnership with the ICICB Group in 2020. Atari token is a decentralized cryptocurrency built using the Ethereum protocol (ERC20). The ICICB Group received a license from Atari to launch a crypto-currency gaming platform where Atari Token will be used in blockchain initiatives. The first application of Atari Token will be in crypto-currency casinos and video games, including Atari games. Atari Token[36] is planning to be used for revenue generation of video game products, integration of smart contracts, and in-game asset security. The tokens can be traded for any crypto-currency or fiat currency.

ATARI[edit]

ICICB Group[37] is in partnership with Atari[38]. Atari was created by Nolan Bushnell and Ted Dabney in 1972 and became a pioneer in arcade games, home video game consoles and home computers. Atari[39] is a globally recognized brand that transcends generations and audiences and for its multi-platform, interactive entertainment and licensed products. Atari owns and manage more than 200 games and franchises including world-renowned brands like: Asteroids®, Centipede®, Missile Command®, and hold the license for RollerCoaster Tycoon®.

Partnership with Atari [40][edit]

In 2020, Atari launched Atari Token[41] in partnership with the ICICB Group[42], in a joint venture called Atari Chain[43][44] Ltd, with headquarters in Gibraltar[45]. ICICB Group[46][47] is 50% owner of the company. The Atari Token is a decentralized crypto currency built using the Ethereum protocol (ERC20) and Ledger Technology. Its primary objective is to be a means of payment within the interactive entertainment industry.

The group was also granted with a license to launch an online casino using crypto currencies, including the Atari Token. This online casino will offer the most popular games, including Atari games. The group partnering with Atari opened a new company in Gibraltar called Atari Chain LTD.

In March 2021, Atari extended its partnership with ICICB Group[48][49] for the development of Atari[50] [51]branded hotels[52]. The first hotels will be constructed in Dubai, Gibraltar and Spain.

The licensing agreement includes new countries in Europe, Africa and Asian countries like Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Singapore.

The proposed hotel raises the bar for hotel entertainment with a fully immersive experience of all ages and gaming abilities, including the latest in Virtual and Augmented Reality.

In addition, several hotels would have state-of-the-art venues and studios to host electronic-sports events for the purpose of immersing customers in the world of Atari games.
