IEEE Open Journal of Antennas and Propagation (IEEE OJAP) is a peer-reviewed scientific gold fully open access journal published by the IEEE Antennas & Propagation Society. It covers research and applications pertinent to the AP-S fields of interest, including all aspects of antenna technology and the propagation of electromagnetic waves. It is dedicated to making high-quality research immediately, freely, and permanently available through an accelerated and efficient publication and dissemination plan. The rapid peer-review process targets a publication time frame of 4-6 weeks. This journal is fully open and compliant with funder mandates, including Plan S.[1]. The current Editor-in-Chief is Professor Konstantina (Nantia) Nikita (National Technical University of Athens).

The journal was established in 2020 with Professor Konstantina (Nantia) Nikita (National Technical University of Athens) as the founding Editor-in-Chief[2]. Its launch marked the strategic turn of the AP-S to open access publishing, as it was the first gold fully open access journal published by the Society[3][4].
