IMPRV

IMPRV(an acronym for Identify, Measure, Process, Re-Think, and Validate) (pronounced Improov) is a healthcare continuous improvement framework and business engagement strategy designed to improve the patient experience, reduce operational waste, and transform organizational culture.

IMPRV was founded by Master Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, David Branch, Vice President of Quality & Performance Improvement at the University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake.
