INVESTIKA is a Czech investment company established in 2015 and licensed by the Czech National Bank since then. In 2024, the company achieved the milestone of 1 billion EUR of managed assets. The INVESTIKA Real Estate Fund portfolio includes over 50 commercial properties in the Czech Republic, Poland, Croatia, and Spain.[1]
In 2021, the Fund acquired its first property abroad, with the Szyperska Office Center in Poznan joining the portfolio. Since 2022, INVESTIKA has been the largest non-bank real estate fund for retail investors in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.[2]
In December 2024, INVESTIKA closed two key deals in Poland. In a joint venture with BUD Holdings, a Luxembourg investment company, the fund purchased the Warsaw P180 office building from Skanska, worth over 100M EUR[3], with around 32,000 m² of modern office space. Finished in 2022, the building is almost fully leased, mainly to IT and tech companies.[4]
The next step was purchasing a portfolio of five logistics properties in Kraków, Gdańsk, Poznań, Bydgoszcz, and Kielce, previously owned by 7R, with over 212,000 m² of total floor space. The transaction, worth over 150M EUR, was the biggest in the Polish logistics market in the last 2 years.[5] The buildings are now fully leased to over 30 tenants, most of whom are logistics, food, and retail companies.
