ITC Infotech is an IT administrations organization headquarted in Banglore,India.With offices in India.[1] With offices in India, USA, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Czech Republic, Germany, France, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, UAE and South Africa, they deliver technology solutions through 24 centers.[2] Sushma Rajagopalan is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of ITC Infotech.[3]
ITC Infotech works with client across a range of industries including banking, financial services and insurance, aviation, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, retail, consumer product, technology and media.[4]

ITC Infotech India Limited is a wholly owned information technology subsidiary of ITC Limited[5]. It started in 2000 and has expanded to 7000+ employees in 24 branches across the world. The timeline of the ITC Infotech journey is outlined below
2000 - Certified at Level 5 on the globally-recognised Capability Maturity Model (CMM)[6]
2006 - Launches Alabama operation with headquarters in Birmingham.[7]
2009 - Opens office in Johanessburg.[8]
2014 - Opens office in Dubai to expand global footprint.[9]

ITC Infotech offers operation Enablement - ADM, Customer experience[10],data infrastructure to insight to intervention[11], Operation Enablement - ERP[12], Integrated design and engineering services, Interactive Marketing[13], IOT[14], Mobility[15], Supplier chain management[16], Infrastructure Services[17], Blockchain Services[18], Product Engineerings Services[19], Testing as a Services (TaaS)[20] to leading clients of various fields.
ITC Infotech also offers Technology and Business Consultation solutions. The Digital Solutions Innoruption Center, Supporting PTC products and market, is an ITC Infotech Innoruption Labs. This Center focuses on building proof of concepts, developing solutions based on a portofolio of PTC products, and benchmarking other complementary and competing technologies.[21]
In the future, ITC Infotech intends to promote buy-outs in the automation space with a budget of $25 - $50 million.
Top Management[edit]
Sushma Rajagopalan is Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director, ITC Infotech. She is also the Chairperson of NASSCOM IT Services Council. Sushma has held senior positions at various companies including CMC, Citicorp, iGate, Zensar, L&T Infotech and LiquidHub in leadership roles and across HR, global business operations, marketing, sales & delivery, consulting and M&A. She has led organizational transformation, headed strategy & corporate development and has been responsible for several large deal acquisitions through planned strategic investments. Sushma has won numerous accolades which includes "Innovator in Technology" in 2013 and "Best Technology Woman Leader" in 2011.[22]

Following projects paved the way to greater conquests for ITC Infotech :
- 2007: ITC Infotech implements first ever CRM based loyalty solution for Finnair.[23]
- 2012: ITC Infotech implements PLM product for Combat Vehicles Research and Development Establishment (CVRDE), a key division of Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO).[24]

- Recognized as a "Super Star of Global Outsourcing 100" for Sustained Excellence (2017)[25]
- In 2014, ITC Infotech was awarded by the European Outsourcing Association in the category "Delivering Business Value in European Outsourcing" for its long term engagement with Danske Bank. The company has bagged the award because of its efforts in delivering business value in European Outsourcing.[26]
- Winner of the European Outsourcing Award (EOA) 2015 in the category "Delivering Business Value in European Outsourcing" for its engagement with Holland & Barrett International.
- Finalists in the category 'Collaboration' for the 2016 Paragon Awards Europe with British American Tobacco for demonstrating groundbreaking and inspirational approaches to sourcing. The awards were presented by Information Services Group (ISG).[27]
- ITC Infotech, Bengaluru, Became the first Indian IT company to be awarded the social Accountability 8000:2008 Certification.[28]
